and are subject to change without notice)
For transfer of remains, add $2.50 per mile, over 20 miles one way
For service utility vehicle, add $2 per mile, over 20 miles one way
For hearse rental, add $50 per ½ hr., over 3 hrs.
If hearse is declined, deduct $175 from package price
Cremation Services
Cremation after Church Funeral (includes cremation casket) $4,000
Includes basic services; transfer of remains; embalming; dressing, casketing and cosmetizing; Mayfair cremation casket, supervision of funeral ceremony at church or chapel, hearse rental, service utility vehicle, and cremation.
(Visitation additional $400 for 2 hrs., $200 for 1 hr.)
Cremation with Memorial Service $2075
Includes basic services, transfer of remains, cremation container, cremation, utility urn, supervision of memorial service at church or committal, and service utility vehicle.
Direct Cremation * $1750
Includes basic services, transfer of remains, alternative cremation container, cremation, and utility urn.
*For those having pre-arranged the cremation process with a third-party crematory, and simply need transportation of the deceased and basic services of the funeral director, please see the Other Services section of the General Price List for Resthaven Funeral Services, Skkot Cody P.A.
Burial or Entombment
Traditional Church Funeral $2915
Includes basic services, transfer of remains, embalming, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing, supervision of funeral service at church or chapel, hearse rental, and service utility vehicle. (Visitation additional $400 for 2 hrs., $200 for 1 hr.)
Committal Service $2075
Includes basic services, transfer of remains, disinfecting, dressing and casketing, supervision of graveside or cryptside committal service, hearse rental, and service utility vehicle.
